Becky Stephany is the administrative assistant/office coordinator for Bottom Line Marketing & Public Relations. She has more than nine years of administrative experience in a number of different fields, including the health and manufacturing industries.
Stephany is responsible for supporting the president and account staff to ensure maximum productivity. She undertakes a wide range of assignments including spreadsheet and database management, creating reports from Bottom Line’s ACT database and communicating with clients, vendors and prospects. Stephany also attends to correspondence, proofreading, news clip processing, database creation and other administrative support as needed by the account staff. She maintains a smooth client traffic flow by scheduling, confirming and following up on appointments and preparing supporting materials.
Prior to joining Bottom Line, Stephany was the administrative assistant/accounting assistant at Venturedyne, Ltd. in Pewaukee.
